After the sauna, you’ll move into our cold tub, which stays between 45 and 50 degrees. The cold helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and sharpen your focus. It may feel intense at first, but after a few deep breaths, most people start to feel calm and clear.

The plunge is where a lot of the mental benefits happen. It builds discipline and helps reset your nervous system.

The Rest Area

What to Expect When You Visit

Each session at Plunj Idaho Falls lasts one hour. During that time, you are welcome to move through the hot, cold, and rest cycle as many times as you like. Some guests repeat the loop three or four times. Others take it slower and focus on just one full cycle.

You do not need any experience. Our hosts are here to guide you, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable. We provide towels, clean changing areas, and everything you need for your visit. Just bring a swimsuit and a water bottle.
